Uk Aspire Vendor is the importer and distributor for Aspire in the UK. We are not the manufacturer and as such we do not hold the right to provide a manufactures warranty on Aspire products.

 As the UK Distributor of Aspire products we will only be able to assist with products that have been purchased direct from us. If you have purchased your Aspire product directly off our website, then you are fully protected by our aftercare team. Simply send us an email or call our team for aftersales support.

We are seeing many cases where 3rd party companies in the UK are simply not taking responsibility for their Aspire returns and simply telling their customers they have to deal with us direct. This is not the correct policy within the UK.

In the instance that you have purchased a product as an end user (customer), all warranty dealings and refunds under the sales of goods act be must be processed with the shop or outlet is was originally purchased from. We cannot offer a warranty or support if the product was not originally purchased from us. The monetary contract is held between yourself and the person who provided the sale.
 
If you buy something that proves faulty or not fit for purpose you have the potential right to return it, get a full refund, and if it will cost you more to buy similar goods elsewhere, compensation (to cover the extra cost) too.
 
Note however that the right to reject goods and get a full refund only lasts for a relatively short time after which a buyer is deemed to have 'accepted' goods. This doesn't mean that the buyer has no legal redress against the seller, just that he/she isn't entitled to a full refund.
 
Instead a buyer is first and foremost entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced. If these remedies are inappropriate, then you're entitled to a suitable price reduction, or to return the goods and get a refund (reduced to take account of any wear and tear).
 
If goods which are expected to last six months don't, it'll be presumed that the goods didn't conform to the contract at the time they were bought unless the seller can prove to the contrary. In all other situations it's for the consumer to prove their own case (that is, that the problem existed at the time of the contract).

 

ASPIRE WARRANTY POLICY (UK)

 Aspire agrees to provide warranty for UK pursuant to the following terms and conditions:
 

(1) Warranty period is 6 months from date of purchase by the end user.
 

(2)This warranty is invalid as result of any of following conditions:

1.Customer doesn't provide warranty card and original receipt and package of purchase.

2.Merchandise failure or damage is caused due to unauthorized repair.

3.Merchandise failure or damage is caused due to misuse or improper care from consumers.

4.Merchandise inspected to be a counterfeit.
 

(3) This warranty does not cover personal items or consumable goods and attachments, including but not limited to: mouthpiece, atomizers and coils, o-ring, glass tube and tanks. Aspire reserves the right of final decision in all warranty cases. Aspire may interpret and revise the content of this warranty terms

For warranty requirement, users must provide the security code, serial number (or batch code) and the purchase invoice.
