Orders placed while we are closed will still be accepted on the website, but they will not be processed or despatched until we re-open.

Christmas Delivery Options
To receive your order in time for Christmas, please place your order before the last order dates shown below. All dates assume the item is in stock and the courier networks are operating normally.
Last order date for pre-Christmas DPD delivery:
Tuesday 23rd December – 3pm
- Order by 3pm on Monday 22nd December for estimated delivery on Tuesday 23rd December.
DPD services operate on working days only. Deliveries may be affected by severe weather or exceptionally high seasonal volumes within the courier network.
Last order date for pre-Christmas Royal Mail delivery:
Friday 19th December – 3pm
- Order by 3pm using Tracked 48 for estimated delivery on Tuesday 22nd December.
- Order by 3pm using Tracked 24 for estimated delivery on Tuesday 20th December.
Orders despatched via Royal Mail should arrive in time for Christmas, depending on Royal Mail’s delivery performance. Royal Mail delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
