Shipping & Order Information
We will email you confirmation once your order has been placed.
When your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive another email containing the tracking details.
If you place an order for local collection, we will email you when it’s ready to pick up. Orders are typically ready on the same day unless placed after 3pm, in which case they may be available the next business day.
Shipping Details During Checkout
It is your responsibility to ensure that all details entered during checkout are accurate. We cannot be held accountable for shipping to an incorrectly submitted address. If you notice that your delivery address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot alter the address once your order has been shipped.
We cross-check delivery addresses against our UK address database. Should an address be incomplete or appear incorrect, we’ll contact you to confirm the details. Please reply by 3pm that day, as otherwise we may not be able to dispatch your order until the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be shipped on the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped on the next working day.
We offer shipping options through both Royal Mail and DPD. Free shipping options are available with both services, subject to a minimum order value requirement. Details are shown below.

Shipping Discounts
From time to time, we may offer free shipping on certain products or for orders exceeding a specified amount. We may also provide discount codes and vouchers via our social media platforms. These offers are valid only during the promotional period or while the discount code is active.
Legal Notification
We do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive due to the actions of the shipping company (e.g. Royal Mail). Once an item has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the courier. In the unlikely event of shipping issues, please notify us first so we can assist you, and contact the courier directly to file a claim.
Any delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If no dates are specified, delivery will occur within a reasonable timeframe. UK Aspire Vendor shall not be liable for non-delivery of Goods unless you notify us in writing within seven days of the expected delivery date. Our liability is limited to replacing the Goods or issuing a credit note.
"Delivery" includes handling, packaging and delivery costs. Charges vary by product and courier chosen.
